Heartland is going to be available on PC as well as Xbox and PlayStation consoles. Additionally, Ubisoft's announcement says " Heartland is a standalone game that doesn’t require previous experience," so the game will provide low barrier of entry into The Division universe. The free-to-play route will likely succeed in bringing new players to The Division.
